How to create new listing?

1) If you are in your accounts dashboard there will be the option on the left of your screen “All Modules” go there, and click “All Listings”
2) From there at the top right of your screen, there will be the option to “add new listing” CLICK on it
3) Now just fill in your businesses information and complete all 6 steps
How to change free listing to premium listing?

1) If you are in your accounts dashboard there will be the option on the left of your screen “All Modules” go there, and scroll down to “Payments&Plan” and CLICK it
2) At the top right corner of the page you will see the option “Change my Plan”
3) Click Premium Plan/the plan you like the most
How can i change my user type?

1) If you are in your accounts dashboard there will be the option on the left of your screen “All Modules” go there, and scroll down to “Service Expert Profile” and CLICK it
2) Fill in your businesses details
How to make a Payment?

Making a payment for your selected package or ad space on LocalLinker is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:
1) Select Your Package or Ad Space:
Choose the package or ad space that best fits your needs from our available options.
2) Submit Your Request:
After selecting your package or ad space, submit your request. Your request will be placed on hold for verification.
3) Verification Process:
Our team will review and verify your request. This ensures that all details are accurate and meet our standards.
4) Receive Payment Request: Once your request is verified, you will receive a payment request via PayFast from accounts@locallinker.co.za. Please keep an eye on your email for this request.
5) Complete Your Payment:
Follow the instructions in the PayFast request to complete your payment securely.
6) Activation:
After your payment is successfully processed, your package or ad space will be activated. You will receive a confirmation email, and your listing will go live on LocalLinker.

A User Type on LocalLinker refers to the specific category or role that a user belongs to within our platform.

2) Product Supplier:
This user type encompasses businesses that supply products to customers. Examples include retail stores, wholesalers, and specialty shops. Product suppliers can list their products, manage inventory, and reach a broader audience. 3) Event Organizer:
This user type is for individuals or businesses that organize events. Examples include wedding planners, conference organizers, and community event coordinators. Event organizers can post details about upcoming events, manage registrations, and promote their events to the community.
4) Customer/Consumer:
This user type includes individuals looking for services, products, or events. Customers can browse listings, read reviews, and contact service providers, product suppliers, or event organizers.
5) Non-Profit Organization:
This user type covers charitable organizations and community groups. Non-profits can list their services, promote events, and engage with volunteers and supporters.

Each User Type is designed to provide specific functionalities and features that cater to the unique needs of that group. When you sign up on LocalLinker, you’ll be asked to select your User Type to ensure you get the most relevant tools and information for your role.
