Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or glass, layer the Greek yogurt and mixed berries.
  2. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseeds on top for added fiber and healthy fats.
  4. Add a handful of granola for crunch, if using.
