Hummus and Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla or wrap
  • 2-3 tablespoons hummus (any flavor)
  • ½ cucumber, sliced into sticks
  • 1 small carrot, sliced into sticks
  • ½ avocado, sliced (optional)
  • A handful of spinach or mixed greens

Instructions:

  1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  2. Layer the cucumber, carrot sticks, avocado, and spinach on top.
  3. Roll up the wrap and slice it in half.
